For the tarte flambée, mix the crème fraîche and sour cream together and season with salt, pepper and thyme.
Cut the dough for the grid insert of the Philips Airfryer and spread the cream evenly on the dough. Peel the shallot and cut it into fine cubes.
Now cut the bacon into coarse pieces and spread on the cream together with the shallot cubes.
Bake the tarte flambée on baking paper in a wire rack at 180 °C for 10-13 minutes.
