For the chocolate muffins, beat the eggs with the sugar until foamy. Slowly pour in the oil, then stir in the Greek yogurt. Gently fold in the chopped or grated chocolate with a whisk. Finally, mix the flour well with the baking powder and gently fold in as well.

Pour the batter into paper cups. If you also place the paper cups in a muffin tray, the muffins will not fall apart. Bake the muffins at 160° degrees hot air for about 25 minutes.

When they have cooled down, glaze them: To do this, melt 75 grams of cooking chocolate and 75 grams of margarine over a water bath and stir continuously. Stir in a tablespoon of oil and let the glaze cool. Then reheat (this gives the glaze a nice sheen). Glaze and sprinkle the chocolate muffins with sugar sprinkles.
