Separate eggs into yolks and whites. Beat egg whites to snow and (separately) whipped cream. Beat yolks with 2 tablespoons hot water and sugar until creamy. Melt chocolate, stir yolks into chocolate. Fold in whipped cream and beaten egg whites, let set in refrigerator for several hours.
