A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

Arrange the fillet of beef on 4 plates. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with a little olive oil.

Clean the mushrooms, cut them into strips and roast them together with the garlic in olive oil until golden brown. Place them in the middle of each of the 4 plates.

Mix the arugula with salt, balsamic vinegar and olive oil and spread evenly around it. Decorate with slices of Parmesan and bring to the table.
