For the two-finger cookies, chop the citron very finely. Soften the butter and mix with the powdered sugar, add the eggs and mix well. Now add all the other ingredients to the dough. Form balls of the same size from the dough and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Flatten with two fingers to create the shape that gives the dough its name.

Bake at 170 degrees in a preheated oven for about 12 minutes. If you do not preheat the oven, the baking time will increase accordingly.
