For the cappuccino slices, first prepare the base. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat the yolks, sugar and oil until foamy.
Mix flour with baking powder and cocoa. Alternately mix in water and flour, fold in the snow. Spread the dough on a baking tray and bake at 200 °C top-bottom heat for about 15 minutes.
For the cappuccino cream, whip the whipped cream with cappuccino powder and powdered sugar until stiff, spread the cream on the well cooled base. Refrigerate for approx. 2 hours and decorate the cappuccino slices as desired.
