For the spicy tomato avocado dip, cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, peel the flesh and finely dice it. Place in a bowl and mix with lime juice, salt, pepper and allspice (new spice) crushed in a mortar. Peel the garlic and press it into the mixture.
Wash and clean the spring onion and tomatoes. Cut off the dark part of the spring onion, cut lengthwise into fine strips and set aside for the garnish. Dice the tomatoes and the rest of the spring onion very finely or cut into fine rings.
Mix olive oil and sugar into the avocado and tomato cubes. If desired, season again, garnish and serve the spicy tomato and avocado dip.
