For the chicken bell pepper skewers, first chop olives for the dip and puree with olive oil, mix with mayonnaise and yogurt. Season the dip with salt and pepper.

Cut chicken fillet into 3 cm cubes. Clean bell bell pepper and cut into 3 cm pieces. Thread meat and peppers alternately on skewers, season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and cayenne.

Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry skewers for 6 minutes until crispy all over.

Serve the chicken and bell pepper skewers with the olive dip.
