For the broccoli soup, boil the broccoli in 1 liter of water until not too soft (approx. 10 min).

Remove and cut into small pieces when overcooled. In the cooking broth boil the stock cube and stir in the crème fraiche. Whip with a blender and add the broccoli.

Season to taste with pepper and salt, if desired.
