Instructions:

Remove the outer leaves from the Chinese cabbage, cut the Chinese cabbage in half, cut into tender strips, rinse and drain well.

Peel and finely dice the onion, mix with oil, tomato ketchup, vinegar, mustard and sugar and season with salt and pepper. Mix with the Chinese cabbage. Bring the leaf salad to the table on the spot.
