For the bread soup, cut the bread very finely and put it in a shallow heatproof dish. Then pour 3/4 l of boiling and salted water over it. Bake in the preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 20-30 minutes.

In the meantime, roast the grams in lard and sprinkle over the finished bread soup.
