For the black pudding pofesen first remove the skin from the black pudding, dice and mix with Powidl and plum brandy.

Add a little water if it is still too thick. Spread 6 slices of toast with the mixture, cover each with the second slice and press down a little.

Whisk eggs and milk together and add salt. Fry the pancakes in the heated oil. Serve the pork sausages.
