For the pancakes with plum jam, mix flour and baking powder. Mix well the eggs, milk and salt. Then gradually add the flour and water and mix until smooth. The best way to do this is with a hand mixer.

Then let the dough rest for 30 minutes. Heat clarified butter in a pan, add the dough in portions and bake on both sides until golden brown. Spread the pancakes with plum jam and serve.
