For the puff pastry snails with tomatoes and basil, peel and finely chop the garlic and roast briefly in olive oil. Add diced tomatoes, cut dried tomatoes into small pieces and stir in. Add basil, season with salt, pepper and Tabasco and let cool.

Roll out puff pastry thinly, spread with filling and roll up. Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
