For the banana-apple bread preheat the oven at 180°C. Cut the edge off the toast and then cut it into triangles (=6 triangles).
Cut the peeled apple into thin slices (without seeds). Oil an ovenproof dish (or use butter), put 3 toasts in it and cover each with the apple slices, raisins and very little cinnamon.
Sprinkle everything with a little lemon juice (from an organic lemon). Then place the remaining 3 pieces of toast on top. (Alternatively, you can steam and mash the apple if the baby can’t handle it yet).
Mix or blend the eggs, milk and bananas and pour this mixture over the corners.
Sprinkle the remaining raisins on top (for the baby, maybe none). The bread needs to soak up the mixture well, so put it in the fridge for at least 1/2 hour.
Then bake the banana-apple bread in the oven for about 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
