Instructions:

Peel and dice the onion and carrot.

Cut the broccoli into small florets and halve the snow peas.

Cut the young onion and chives into fine rings.

Peel the ginger and garlic, grate the ginger finely, cut the garlic into fine cubes.

Cook the fried noodles according to package instructions and drain.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a wok, add the onions and garlic and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Add the cooked fried noodles.

Add the broccoli and snow peas, stir-fry for another 3 minutes. At the end, add the green onion, bamboo shoots and bean sprouts, fry for 3 to 4 minutes and keep stirring.

Add the garlic, ginger, soy sauce and oyster sauce, sprinkle with the chives or cilantro and serve the Lucky Noodles hot immediately.
