A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Mix marzipan, butter, vanilla and tonka bean. Add egg yolks gradually and beat until creamy.

Beat egg whites, sugar and a little salt until creamy.

Blend the two masses together adding the flour/wheat powder mixture. Last of all, fold in the whipped topping-rum mixture.

Bake in layers with plenty of top heat (narrow layers).
