For the chicken with broccoli, cut the meat into small cubes.
Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Fry in oil, add ginger, curry and hazelnuts and fry everything.
Wash broccoli and cut into small florets.
Add meat and fry for about 8 minutes.
Add broccoli, drizzle with soy sauce, mix well and cook on low heat again for about 5-10 minutes until everything is cooked.
Serve chicken with broccoli with rice!
