Instructions:

1. remove the skin from the onion and finely dice. Mix with mustard, salt, vinegar, pepper and sugar. Whisk in oil. Clean the lettuce, rinse and drain well. Rinse tomatoes and cut in half.

Clean the mushrooms, maybe rinse them and slice them finely.

Place cheese on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in heated oven (electric oven: 225 °C / convection oven: 200 °C /gas: level 4) for approx. 8 minutes.

Cut rolls into 8 slices. Toast in a toaster or frying pan without adding fat until golden brown.

Mix mushrooms, lettuce, tomatoes and salad dressing. Arrange two slices of bread and a cheese taler with the lettuce.

Extra tip If you can’t get goat cheese thalers, you can buy slices from a roll. Place them on bread so that the soft center does not run away during the gratinating.
