A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Mix cinnamon, sugar, flour, zucchini, baking powder, salt, nuts and raisins. Separately, beat eggs with oil. Pour this mixture over flour mixture and stir until just moistened. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake in oven heated to 175 °C for 1 1/2 hours approximately. Test with a toothpick. Cool in the pan for 10 min, then turn out onto a wire rack. Cool completely.

Cover finished cake with chocolate icing.
