Foam half of the butter in a frying pan. Add the pepper and sauté very briefly until soft. Add the strawberries and sprinkle with the powdered sugar. Extinguish with the Grand Marnier. Add orange juice and a little juice of a lemon and finally the remaining butter.
Arrange the strawberries on the spot. Serve each with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and, if you like, a little whipped cream.
