Instructions:

The cow’s milk as ditto bubble the juice. Rinse long grain rice and pour in cow’s milk. Add oranges, sugar, vanilla bean and lemon zest and cook long grain rice on stove, stirring occasionally.

Remove the peel from the peaches and dice them. When the long-grain rice is al dente, add a third of the diced peaches. Soak the gelatine in tap water, squeeze it out properly and mix it into the cooked and still warm long grain rice and melt it down. Finally, add 1 centiliter of Grand Marnier and pistachios. Pour the rice mixture into ramekins and set aside to cool.

Blend the remaining peach cubes in a hand mixer and add a little sugar and the remaining Grand Marnier.

Turn out the precooled rice mixture from the ramekins and place on the table with the peach sauce.

Tip: Lemons add a fresh touch to dishes. Consciously choose ripe, rich yellow lemons!
