Instructions:

For the gingerbread, mix all ingredients gradually and then let rest for einge hours.

Then either: 1) Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out shapes and bake on baking paper at about 200° for 15-20 min.

Or 2) Roll out the dough on the baking sheet, bake for 15-20 minutes at about 200° and then cut into pieces and fill with jam.
