Season fillets with salt and pepper to taste and place in paper bags.
Add the remaining ingredients and close the bags tightly with the enclosed thread.
Bake in a heated oven at 175 °C for 20 minutes. The sachet will puff up, but will not break.
Before serving, open the sachet with a kitchen knife and place it on the plate (or on long-grain rice) together with the juice.
