Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Finely dice the onion and garlic. Rinse, clean and chop carrots, leeks and celery. Heat oil in a large frying pan, add onion and garlic until translucent. Then add the soy paste and the vegetables and continue to fry together for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Mix the strained tomatoes with the sweet whipped cream and pour it into the frying pan. Season the whole with marjoram, lovage, thyme, basil, herb salt and pepper to taste. Cover the frying pan and make the sauce for about 10-15 minutes. Finally, remove the frying pan from the stove and add the sour cream and fresh chopped parsley to the sauce.

This sauce is excellent for spaghetti but also for all other types of pasta.
