Pasta dishes are always a good idea!
In a large frying pan to cook the pasta, bring enough water to a boil.
In a smaller frying pan, heat the olive oil. Saute the onion in it, turning, for two to three minutes until translucent. Then add the Noilly Prat and cook gently.
When the pasta cooking water boils, add a little salt and pour in the pasta. Cook until al dente, stirring occasionally.
At the same time, add the cream, lemon zest and juice to the sauce form and cook everything together again until slightly creamy. At the end, stir in the olives and season the sauce with salt and pepper.
Drain the pasta, drain it well and mix it with the sauce on the spot. Serve in warmed plates. Sprinkle with a little freshly grated Parmesan or Sbrinz to taste.
