Instructions:

For the TexMex pizza, first prepare the pizza dough. The mass is enough for 6-8 people.

Peel and finely dice the onion.

Cut the chilies into rings, or if you don’t want them so hot, cut them in half, remove the seeds and cut them into strips.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the onions over medium heat. Add chili peppers and fry for 2-3 min as well.

Add the minced meat and fry for about 5 min until the meat has taken color and the liquid has evaporated.

Pour the strained tomatoes, squeeze the garlic and add the kidney beans. Also let it steam a bit, so that not too much liquid gets on the pizza dough with the meat sauce.

Leave to cool.

Preheat the oven to 20O°C. Brush the baking tray with oil and sprinkle with fine polenta semolina.

Roll out the dough into a rectangle the size of the baking tray, place it on the tray, pull up the edges.

Cover the dough with the meat mixture and bake in the oven on the middle rack until the dough is crispy brown.

Just before the foreseeable end of baking, halve, pit, peel and slice the avocados.

Remove TexMex Pizza from oven and place avocado slices in two oblong rows on pizza.

Spread sour cream in blobs regularly on TexMex Pizza, cut into rectangles of desired size with a pizza cutter and serve rustic on baking sheet.
