For the sweet sin, melt the butter in a saucepan. Mix the egg, whipped cream, milk, flour and 1 1/2 tablespoons of the melted butter with a pinch of salt and mix with a mixer until smooth.
The remaining butter must be heated in batches in a non-stick pan.
Bake six thin pancakes one after the other. These must be kept warm in the preheated oven until the rest are ready.
Spread 2 pancakes with the raspberry jam, place them on top of each other and cover with a third pancake.
Now dust the whole thing with the powdered sugar and add the raspberries as a garnish on the sweet sin.
