A simple but delicious cake recipe:
For the pancakes, mix eggs, milk and flour. Add a little salt and fold in the melted butter. Bake narrow pancakes in a coated frying pan with clarified butter.
Spread out the pancakes one at a time, cover evenly with the salmon slices and roll up. Now cut into narrow diagonal slices.
For the dill sauce, pluck the dill and chop it finely. Mix with yogurt and crème fraîche, season strongly with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Spread the salmon pancakes evenly on the plate and pour the sauce over them.
