Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Soak the mushrooms in cold water for 30 minutes, take them out, remove the stalks and cut them into small pieces.

Soak the noodles in water as well, then cut into small pieces with household scissors, set aside.

Clean, rinse and cut the vegetables into tender strips.

Clean the mushrooms and cut them into leaves.

Heat the oil in a frying pan or possibly in a wok and briefly sauté the mushrooms, vegetables and mushrooms in it.

Pour the clear soup into a saucepan and cook the glass noodles for 8 minutes. Add the vegetables and mushrooms and season with soy sauce, salt, freshly ground pepper and sambal oelek.
