Wash herbs and shake dry.

Drain olives and cut into thin slices.

Cut feta into thin sticks.

Soak rice paper sheets in lukewarm water for about 20-30 seconds, remove and wipe well.

Place herbs on top, add feta and olives.

Form rice paper into rolls.
