Instructions:

For the apple jam with marzipan, mix apples with apple juice or white wine, jelling sugar, lemon (possibly marinate the day before and cover overnight) and pour into a wide saucepan.Bring to a boil while stirring and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Make a jelly test.

Stir in marzipan, bring to the boil again, stir in bitter almond oil, rum or apple brandy and pour the apple jam with marzipan into prepared hot glasses.With the help of a pipette drip a few drops of alcohol over, light and seal immediately.
