Preparation Cut feta cheese into cubes. Cut olives into rings.
Finely dice peppers. Chop pine nuts, cut chili pepper into fine rings. Squeeze garlic, remove oregano leaves from the branches.
Preparation Prepare a minced mixture of olives, minced meat, curd cheese, pine nuts, peppers, onions, chili, eggs, garlic and oregano and mix heartily. Add the feta cheese to the mixture and season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Cut the flatbread diagonally, spread the bottom with paradeis pulp, put the minced mixture on it and spread it evenly up to the edge.
Put the top of the flatbread on top, brush with water and bake in the oven at 160 °C for 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve the pita in pieces and arrange on plates, garnish with onion rings and olives.
