For the spring rolls, fry the minced meat in a pan. Add chopped onion, chopped white cabbage leaves and chopped leek.
Continue to sauté all ingredients and season with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Place puff pastry on a baking sheet, thaw, stack and brush edges with egg yolk.
Put the filling on the puff pastry, the cheese slices on top and form everything into a roll. Close the sides well and press them well.
Bake the spring rolls in the oven at 250 degrees for 30 minutes.
