A delicious fish recipe for any occasion!
Rinse, clean and finely dice the onion, carrot, potatoes and celery. Heat butter in a soup pot and sauté potatoes, carrot and onion in it. Add the chicken soup and cook for 5 minutes. Add the celery and cook for another 5 minutes. Add the whipped cream to the soup and let the whole thing bubble up repeatedly. Cut the salmon fillet into cubes and add to the boiling soup. Lower the temperature on the spot and stop making the soup. Let everything simmer for another 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and curry and finally add freshly chopped dill to the soup.
