For the tofu salad with bean sprouts, cut the tofu into strips and fry briefly in a little oil. Cut the bell bell pepper into strips and steam the bean sprouts in boiling water for about 5 minutes.

Mix the bean sprouts, bell bell pepper and tofu. Mix a marinade of salt, peanut oil and rice vinegar. Spread the marinade over the bean sprouts tofu peppers and mix everything well.

Arrange the tofu salad with bean sprouts and serve.
