For spicy filled tacos, first peel and finely chop the white and red onions and garlic. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes as well. Squeeze the lime. Peel the avocado, remove the pit and cut the flesh into thin slices. Trim the flesh and cut into cubes.

Put water, vinegar, white onions, tomatoes, garlic, jalapeños in a pot, salt well and simmer gently for about 1 hour. Then season with salt and pepper and let cool.

In the meantime, in a pan, brown the meat in a little olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Puree the chili sauce and stir in the lime juice and olive oil.

Warm the corn tortillas, place the meat cubes, a little chili sauce and avocado on top. Serve spicy tacos garnished with cream cheese, cilantro and red onion.
