Instructions:

For grilled peppers, cut peppers in half and clean. Cut tomatoes, olives and feta into small cubes.

Mix everything together, add capers and croutons and season with salt and pepper. Fill the mixture into the bell pepper halves, wrap each with a slice of bacon and grill on the barbecue for about 10-15 minutes.

Arrange grilled peppers and serve.
