For the spring salad, first prepare the dressing. For the dressing, mix yogurt, finely chopped parsley, chopped basil, chive rolls and lemon juice with pepper and sugar.

Wash, shred and drain the lettuce. Wash the radishes, chop the greens and slice the radishes. Peel the kohlrabi, first cut into slices, then into sticks. Peel the carrots and grate coarsely.

Mix everything together. Pour the dressing on top and serve.
