For the special pizza, mix the strained tomatoes with so much tomato paste until the consistency is nice and creamy. Peel and press the garlic and add. Season with salt, sugar, oregano, chili powder and pepper.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet and spread with sauce. Chop ham and spread on pizza together with corn-pea mixture, bresso and pizza cheese.
Bake the special pizza for 10-15 minutes. Immediately after removing, garnish with arugula.
