For the zucchini vegetables with soy sauce, wash and coarsely grate carrots, chop onion and cut zucchini into cubes of about 5 mm. If meat is included, cut meat into small pieces.

First fry onion in oil until golden, then add meat. When the meat is nicely browned, you can add the vegetables and soy sauce.

Cook the noodles in a separate pot and mix them into the vegetable-meat mixture. More soy sauce can be added as desired.
