Rinse potatoes, make in water in about 20 min. Soak bread rolls in water.

Season with salt and pepper. Spread evenly over casserole. Grate cheese, sprinkle on top.

Bake in heated oven (EHerd: 200 °C /Umluft: 175 °C / Gas: level 3) for 15-20 minutes. Garnish with herbs.
