Instructions:

For the avocado-bean-tomato salad, finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut the tomato, feta and avocado into small pieces.

Squeeze the lime and sprinkle it on the avocado right after cutting it. Mix all ingredients, season with the horseradish, balsamic vinegar and spices.

Add a small handful each of coarsely chopped cashews and sunflower seeds and mix with freshly plucked basil.
