For the olive tzatziki:


Preheat the oven to 230 °C au gratin function.

Place aluminum foil in a double layer on a baking sheet and pull up the ends. Place young onion side by side on the foil. Salt and drizzle with olive oil. Close foil.

Place baking sheet in the upper part of the oven and braise the young onions for 8 minutes.

Open the foil and continue to gratinate the young onion, uncovered, for 2-3 minutes.

For the tzatziki, mix all ingredients except the young onion rings and season with salt and pepper.

Either serve young onion in the foil or arrange on a plate.

Serve sprinkled with the young onion rings.
