For the birthday cake, use the ingredients listed to bake both layers and cut in half. Make the buttercream. To do this, cook a pkg. of vanilla pudding according to instructions and let it cool, then add the butter and whip it with a mixer to a cream.

Spread the cream on the first half of the 27 cm diameter cake and place the second cake on top. Now spread the homemade strawberry jam on this one. Then place the first half of the smaller base on top and spread with buttercream as well.

On top, place the last part of the smaller base and spread the rest of the buttercream. Next, roll out the white fondant on a smooth, flat surface (preferably on baking paper) and spread it over the cake.

Decorate the birthday cake as desired.
