For the banana bread, peel bananas and mash with a fork. Add the egg and beat until foamy. Peel the pears and cut into small cubes. Stir in cinnamon, salt and pears.

Mix flour with baking powder and fold into the mixture. Grease a loaf pan with a little butter or oil. Pour in the mixture and bake at 180 degrees with top/bottom heat for 45 minutes.
