Preparation

Roast rösti according to package directions until crispy brown. Repeatedly close the remaining Rösti in the package well and put them back in the freezer.

Season cutlets and roast in heated fat on both sides for 2 min. Remove. In the remaining fat, roast the peeled onion cut into rings until golden brown, season with salt. Put the rösti on a plate, place the cutlets on it and cover with onion rings. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a heated oven at 175 °C under the broiler until the cheese has melted.

Serve with mixed leaf salad.
