For the semolina pancake, boil milk in a pot, add the semolina and let it swell in the milk for about 15 minutes.

Add the raisins and salt and cook in hot butter in the oven at 180 °C for about 40 minutes. During the cooking time, tear the semolina pancake into pieces with a fork and turn them repeatedly so that it becomes golden brown on all sides.

Serve the finished semolina pancake with compote or stewed plums.
