For the salad with bananas, first peel the bananas and cut into slices.

Wash the zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and also cut into slices.

Wash the lettuce and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Toast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan.

Crumble the pumpernickel, add it and toast it briefly as well.

Mix the pine nuts with the pumpernickel, the lettuce, the zucchini and the bananas.

Mix the vinegar with Nutella and the extra virgin olive oil.

Season with salt and pepper, fold in the sorted, washed and finely chopped kitchen herbs and drizzle over the leaf lettuce.

Arrange the salad with bananas on a large plate.
