For the dressing:


For the Caesar’s Salad Wrap, wash the lettuce, spin well and chop or shred into bite-sized pieces or very fine. Also wash the tomatoes well and cut into small cubes or strips.

For the dressing, mix lemon juice, Worcester sauce with vinegar and mustard, season with pepper. Crush the garlic and add it. Coarsely grate the Parmesan and mix in.

Blend with the anchovies. Meanwhile, pour in the oil little by little. Then season again with vinegar, salt and freshly ground pepper.

Fry the bacon cubes in a pan without fat until crispy. And in the same pan fry the chicken strips. At the same time, briefly put the wraps in the microwave or oven with a little water, this way the wraps are easier to handle and are not too brittle.

Mix the lettuce leaves with the dressing or simply pour the dressing over all the ingredients in the wrap at the end, before closing the wrap.

Add lettuce, tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, diced bacon and chicken strips to the wrap, close the wrap (use a toothpick to secure if necessary) and serve.
